Licensing Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and flashnifties.com regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software. 
 
Should you accept the terms of this agreement, flashnifties.com will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software. 
The Software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. The Software may not be redistributed in whole or part. 
No parts of The Software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

In no event shall flashnifties.com be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if flashnifties.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
